Ch. Amos's Andy, OFA Good


Sherry Edwards, a good friend of ours, owned Andy. He was a beautiful dog who produced beautiful, and winning puppies. In fact, he made top producer with just a few litters. His daughter, Crystal Creek Karina Mt View won Sweepstakes at the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America's national show beating over 100 Bernese to do that. He also has a beautiful son, Tallpine's Foreign Correspondent, OFA Good, who has done some excellent winning including group placements and wins at the nationals. Unfortunately, Andy left us far too soon when he decided to try eating gravel in the driveway. It was discovered too late that he did it, and by the time he was found to be ill, his intestines had been punctured, and he died of systemic poisoning from the gravel that went through his intestinal wall. We lost a wonderful breeding dog who could have left us with many more excellent show dogs when Andy left us at 6.5 years old.
